To provide you with such high level of care at the lowest possible prices we are not part of any insurance network and full payment is due at time of service.  Each one hour appointment is $150 payable with cash, check or charge (Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover).  We never have any additional hidden fees.  We never charge extra mark-ups for evaluations, re-evaluations or any other treatment that you will receive while under our care.

You will be provided with two copies of your paid receipt that includes CPT and ICD-9 coding, one to keep for your records and another to send to your insurance company for reimbursement.  Some patients find that by sending in their receipt to their insurance company quickly, they are reimbursed before their credit card bill is due.

We have many years of experience as physical therapists and we know that our $150 fee for one hour of one-on-one treatment is considerably lower than the rates charged at other physical therapy clinics.  We encourage you to contact other clinics to compare for yourself. Be sure to inquire if their physical therapists are as experienced as we are.  When you become our patient, we bring a level of expertise to your condition.
